Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate details regarding the items to be removed.

Ensure all items for removal are accessible and comply with local regulations.

Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, toxic waste, flammable substances) are strictly prohibited and must not be included in the items for removal.

The customer must obtain any necessary permissions or approvals related to junk removal from their property or premises.

We reserve the right to decline the removal of any items that are unsafe, hazardous, or beyond the scope of our service capabilities.

We may refuse services at our discretion due to safety concerns, legalities, or inability to access the items.

Same-day service is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Pricing is based on the type and volume of items removed, as well as the scope of the service. Additional fees may apply if unforeseen difficulty arises (e.g., extra labor, additional volume, etc.), but will be discussed with the Customer beforehand.

We accept payments via cash, credit cards, or other agreed payment methods.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional fees.

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the scheduling, payment, or service process is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. Your information is collected solely for providing and improving our services.

While we take care to perform services responsibly and professionally, we are not liable for any incidental or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, delays, or loss of use.

Junk removal is performed as-is. We do not guarantee that any removed items, once donated or recycled, will be disposed of in a specific manner unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any fragile or high-value items within the junk to ensure proper handling.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texas Junk Removal & Hauling, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the misuse of services, violation of these terms, or negligence on the Customer’s part.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication platforms.

Continued use of our services after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms must be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Texas.
